First remove the battery cover, battery, sim and memory card. Nokia N70 disassembly stage 1 Run your plastic tool around the join of the front cover to unclip it. You now have access to a ribbon connector (indicated by the arrow) that needs to be detached. The connector attaches like a plug and socket. Lift the connector away from the phone to unplug it. Nokia N70 disassembly stage 7 Your phone should now look like below. Four clips hold the LCD screen in place. Bend these back a little to release the screen.
